Because it generally takes about four weeks to get a mortgage approved, if you start now — the first day of Autumn 2014 — we can search throughout mid-October to mid-November and get you settled in before the holidays. If it doesn’t happen that quickly for you, no worries — houses are generally priced at their lowest in the cold winter months.
