“Tire”d of your place? Read on…

Yesterday I got the chance to spend about three hours and some $$ in a tire shop waiting room. Let me share a couple of my observations. First, I am not thirsty enough to drink their free coffee. Second, they need to offer a wider selection of magazines.

After thumbing through a few copies of Guns & Ammo and then Roadracing World, I found an August 2014 issue of Family Circle — and there I struck gold! Starting on page 83 was an article called The Best Towns for Families (by Seema Nayyar). I was pleased to see that Franklin, TN came in at 3rd place! With a median income of $78K, a median home price of $313K, and a GreatSchools rating of 10 (!!), Franklin is described as having “top notch” schools. Franklin High is the first school in the state to offer the International Baccalaureate program. The rest of the article offers a profile of an active Franklin family, and it ends with a nod towards musicians raising funds for a local nonprofit.

With today’s lowered interest rates and our insight into the Franklin / Williamson County market, it’s time to get on the road to home ownership. Like the tires I bought, we offer great performance and supreme traction. Let’s roll — to Franklin or to any new property that suits you.  Thanks!
