Trulia and Zillow are probably the most well-known national sites for home buyers and sellers to get information on local real estate. Do note that they are national resources, so they will not have the expert insight of an actual Nashville Realtor(R). Still, they offer a place at which you can look easily at a number of homes or rentals in the area you’d like to consider.

Zillow has a very difficult time getting prices right with their “Zestimates.” Even their own fine print says they may be wrong some 95% of the time… 95 is a big number indeed.
